With everyone working from home, we asked everyone to share some of the things that they are doing with all their extra time while in isolation!

Has anyone tried any of these tips? Let us know :)

First, take a deep breath. Breathe in, and each time you breathe out, imagine that bits and pieces of stress go away with it.
Then, think of three positive things in your life right now. That might include your health, your sense of humor, a strong cup of coffee, or a napping baby.
Finally, think of one thing that can stay the same during this time. Maybe it’s a good morning song, a family snack time, or a bedtime routine.
