Sponsored by Five River MetroParks, The Ohio State University Extension, and 4-H Youth Development, Adventure Central offers after-school programs, summer day camps, teen programs, activity nights, and more.
So, what is Adventure Central all about? What sets them apart from other youth programs? You’ll find the answer in the name itself: adventure! The campus is located right outside Wesleyan MetroPark, allowing for lots of space to run and explore. They emphasize social and emotional learning and STEM through unstructured, risky, and nature-based play and learning. Additionally, they provide structured lessons and homework assistance to give each child their best chance for success.
