You will also find our most current Council Meeting schedule on this section of the website. We encourage you to attend and get the most out of your membership. It is a great way to network and brainstorm with other schools, organizations and agencies that share in the same goals for our community.
You will also find the FESSE (Family Engagement Self Evaluation Tool) on the site, which is a great hands-on resource for assessing all areas of your Family Engagement programs. This tool can be used to measure progress in implementing a high quality Family Engagement system. The Family Engagement Self-Evaluation also includes an action plan to help set these improvements in motion. This tool can be used in any program where family engagement is present. It can also be a stepping stone to instituting a family engagement system in an organization. Raising the next generation is a shared responsibility. When families, communities and schools work together, students are more successful and the entire community benefits. Family engagement is NOT an event or a program. It is ongoing and requires establishing and maintaining relationships with families and accomplishing change together. Your support helps drive our critical work to help children and families in our community.
